I am a nanny that have taken care of children for six years. My first experience was with newborn babies, While they were growing up, I learned the different stages that they went through (It was a privilege to be part of that). On the other hand, I have baby-sat early school and elementary school ages as well. I have learned that children differ from one another according to their age, but they all must to be in a safe, learning and loving environment, and that is my big priority. Also, I'm aware of how important is for the parents not only to find someone who will take care of their kids, but someone who stimulate them with educational activities.
