I have always been interested in the development of children. So much so, I decided to receive my A.A. in pre-elementary education/early childhood development. After receiving my degree, I began to work in local facilities in Miami to learn more about the business of child care in hopes to one day open my own facility. I have always held education and the development of children in high regards, and wanted a profession that would allow me to provide the best growing environment for my own children. Although, I now attend UCF and am majoring in social work, I will still use the skills I have learned in my past experiences and education to make a difference in the lives of children who are less fortunate.
