I am currently an elementary art teacher in the St. Paul Schools. I have worked with children in a variety of contexts including: summer art programs, nannying, church youth groups, teaching school, volunteer tutoring, and having nieces and nephews of my own. I have been baby-sitting/nannying part-time during the year and full-time in the summers for about 10 years. I worked with one family for four years with two young boys from age 4 days to 5 years old. I have worked with a family with three school-age girls for the past two summers. I love working with children in the summers on a more personal level: organizing day trips, going to the beach, baking, hiking, biking and making art projects.
