My name is Soraya. I'm interested in looking for a special, warm, and loving family to assist in a part-time babysitter while you work or a parent's night out. With all due respect, this position is for those parents who are NOT just looking for "a bargain nanny/babysitter" but truly, those who are looking for an educated mature caring individual who is a professional. I have an Associate Degree in Liberal Arts and 13 years of experience as an Infant, Toddler, and Preschool teacher. I'm currently CPR certified. I speak, read, and write Spanish. I have a CDL, and reliable car with insurance. I don't smoke or drink. I was currently working for MATTEL the toy company but they had a huge lay off due to budget cut. During that time, I done volunteer work for the UCLA children's hospital and now I'm volunteering for the midnight mission for children. I really care about making a difference in a child's life. I am an energetic woman, who is a fun, easygoing, loving, and nurturing. My experiences not only include taking care of newborns, infants, toddlers, and teens, but also includes professional work in school classrooms

I love being around children and thoroughly enjoy playing, creating, and laughing with them. I am a big advocate of being kind, intuitive, and fair. I am extremely reliable, and responsible. It is important to me to be a good and honest role model for children and to make sure that they feel safe, supported, nurtured, and special in my company. The children who I have watched, most always form a special bond with me, and I with them.

I have a safe, insured car, cleared background check, and many wonderful references both professionally and personally that I will be able provide regarding my expertise, style, experience, and personal commitment.

I am looking for a family that realizes that this position as an extremely important one and has much impact to your child's life, such as: building up a positive self-image, self motivation, and development of the next stage in their over-all life coping skills.
