I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, and am seeking a Master's in Family Therapy. While I have never served as a full-time nanny, I have experience which qualifies me for the position. I regularly care for my best friend's 22-month-old twin boys as well as many of my numerous cousins. I also assisted my mother when she provided day-care services from our home as well as provided "random" baby-sitting services to family friends. Most recently, I worked for over a year as a counselor/program staff with the Boys and Girl's Club of Delaware.

I believe that children are the greatest contribution one can make to society. Their significant role in the future of our families, communities and, consequently, our world, warrants them the utmost love, respect, care and education. Their innocence and impressionability makes the environment to which they are exposed so important. There is nothing more beautiful and humbling than to be charged with the education, care and overall guidance of a child. I accept such a charge with joy.

I enjoy the outdoors and most activities that involve spending time outdoors. I also love to read as well as sing. I am energetic and find joy in taking part in games of hide-and-go-seek, finger-painting and bikeriding. I am a "kid" at heart. : )
