As the second oldest of five kids, I've had exposure and responsibilities in child care from a very young age. I began baby sitting as needed for neighborhood families at about 10, and first started part time nannying during the summer when I was 15. I've had the great opportunity of working with newborn babies, and children through the age of 10. I adore kids and find it so rewarding to be a part of their lives at such a vital and exciting learning age. I've been with my most recent family for over a year now and have truly enjoyed teaching and growing myself from my daily interactions with the wonderful children and parents I work with. Unfortunately I am unable to continue on with them as I plan to move back home to Lehi in the near future, and hope to be able to obtain a similar position with the opportunity to contribute my skills and love for child care.
