Super Nanny : ) For Happy, Busy Family

We are looking for full-time (40+ hours on 4 days) nanny with experience for our family; two girls, ages 2 and 5 (kindergarten), two full time working parents, one dog and one cat. We are looking for someone who sees their role as an extension of ours and who is looking to bond with a family long term. Our top priorities are safe, wholesome and fun care for the girls and household help for the overtired working parents. Safe driving is needed. We are healthful, active, clean, educated, involved parents. We are looking for a nanny who is punctual, experienced, happy, flexible, enjoys outdoors (swimming required) and is kid fun. However, we also need an organized person who can balance the kid fun with household responsibility, like we do, keep tidy, girl's laundry, common laundry, grocery shopping, meal prep, empty dishwasher/trash, etc. We are in a transition time with one preschooler and one in elementary school. Ideally, a nanny will be with us for the next few years as we transition to two children in school, so the duties may adjust a bit as family needs adjust, but the hours will continue to be full time. Rare overnights are needed. We have employed two nannies previously, both of whom were/are with our family for 2-3 years and remain close. Thank you for your interest!
