Secondary Baby Sitter

My wife and I have a 2-year-old daughter. We have someone now that watches her on a regular basis, but we would like to have a few names of baby sitters that we can call on short notice or when our normal sitter is unavailable. Here is a list of requirements: experience with newborns and toddlers, CPR certification a plus, non-smoker, comfortable with pets (dog and cat), and located reasonably close to Oaklandon.
