Part-Time Nanny/Mother's Helper Needed Starting In February 2010

I am looking for a part-time nanny/mother's helper starting in February 2010 to help care for my newborn and 2-year-old son in Baltimore, MD. I am a stay at home mom and will be around most of the time you are working (although there may be times when I ask you to take my son to a playgroup or class). I'd like your help so I can give dedicated one-on-one attention to each of the children, as well as have some help in general.

Although the details aren't fully ironed out yet, I would like to find someone to help out 2-3 days a week for 2-4 hours per day @ around $10-12 an hour (negotiable depending on experience). I'd like to set up a regular weekday schedule. We can set up the exact schedule based on what is best for both of us. I would also like to find someone willing to babysit on an occasional weekend. We could potentially start the babysitting arrangement earlier so you and my son can establish a relationship before the new baby arrives.

I would also need 2 or 3 references.
