Part-Time Nanny/Baby Sitter

We are in search of a part-time nanny (Monday through Wednesday), to watch our 2-yr old and 4-1/2 yr old sons. They are wonderfully energetic, sweet and full of life. Care is needed three days a week. It will be three full days for my 2-yr old and one full day with a few hours after school, for my 4-1/2-yr old. Ideally we'd like a college-educated (or possibly college-age/graduate school age) baby sitter or nanny, who is patient, creative, loving, enjoys outside play time, inside crafts, healthy food and a stimulating environment, with very little TV time. We'd love for them to take our kids to the park, magic house, library, etc. We offer a competitive rate package (that we will gladly work together on), flexibility and open communication. We would need someone who has a car large enough for a booster seat and a car seat, with a clean driving record and references available, upon request.
