Part Time Child Care Needed ASAP

Hello,
We are looking for someone to come to our home two mornings a week starting immediately. I am going back to work part time after having my second son.
We live in Dorchester and have two boys. Our oldest will be 3 in January and our baby is 12 weeks old.
Our hope is to find someone who can come Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The requirements will be as follows:
Feed breakfast
Engage in organized playtime with our toddler and infant
Weather permitting- outdoor activity (we have parks near our house)
Feed Lunch
We are looking for someone who is interested in possibly being involved with our family for the long term. We live in Boston without any family and we would love to find an extension to our family that can grow along with us.
