Need Nanny/Baby Sitter For 8-Month-Old Daughter Three Days A Week

I have an 8-month-old baby girl. We are in immediate need of someone to watch her. I have gone back to work full time and my schedule now conflicts with my husband's. We need someone Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. And on a rare occasion we may need a wed though it is not likely. Schedule:
Thursday - 10:40 a.m. ~ 6:15 p.m. Saturday - 10:40 a.m. ~ 6:15 p.m. Sunday - 1:40 p.m. ~ 6:15 p.m. Total hours per week: 19 hrs 45 minutes. Weekly pay: depending on experience, $75.00 - $87.50 a week. Monthly pay: depending on experience, $300.00 - $350.00 a month. My daughter is very sweet and does not fuss a lot. She is very mobile so you have to keep an eye on her and she loves to interact with people so you need to be willing to spend the majority of your time playing with her.
