Need A Responsible, Honest And Caring Baby Sitter/Nanny

We are looking for a caregiver who is dependable, experienced, responsible, energetic and flexible. We want someone who has their own transportation. We have a 9-year-old girl and 8-year-old twins (boy and girl), and a baby due in March. The hours that we need typically are for the weekend, but at times we may need help during the evening on weekdays. The children are well-behaved, and would need assistance with homework. When the baby comes, I may need more assistance from the caregiver. Although we currently live in the Germantown area we will be relocating to the Blue Bell area in a couple of months.
