Navy Mom Looking For Help

I will be joining the US Navy Reserves soon and will be leaving for Basic Training and a school sometime in August 2010. My two children, ages 3 and 4, will be attending preschool during the weekdays, but may need an occasional ride home if my husband has to work late. There also may be a need on an occasional basis for someone to watch them overnight if my husband gets called into work. This job will last for the time I will be gone, which will be about 8 - 10 months, and would require someone to be OK with on call and sometimes short notice to work. They are wonderful and respectful children with great manners and completely potty trained.
