Nanny For Super Smart 5-Year-Old Daughter and Newborn To Be

She is an absolutely delightful and super smart 5-year-old. I am a 44-year-old re-married father, a fully devoted follower of Christ, and an aerospace engineer. We are expecting a newborn in mid December. We have a standard possession order, so 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekends, starting in August from after school until Sunday at 6 p.m. We already have a nanny prior to that. I'm looking for someone over 21 with rock solid moral fiber and attentiveness to help us make the most of our time together. Some help around the house is desirable: light housekeeping, cooking, laundry, etc. I'd prefer someone with reliable transportation, which I'll reimburse at $0.50 per mile. Hourly pay is commensurate with experience. We have a beautiful house, (five bedroom, four bath), with a fully furnished guest room, so a place to stay, (especially on Saturday nights), in a lovely subdivision, that could be part of the deal if you like. After the baby is born, the best match would be welcome to live with us full time.
