Nanny For NW Portland Family

We are a NW Portland family looking for a nanny for our 12-year-old boy and 6-year-old girl. Both parents work, and hours are variable. Our nanny would need to take the kids to school in the a.m. and pick them up when they get out (3:30 to around 4:30). They have after school activities on some days they would need transportation to. Our 12-year-old needs some supervision with his homework. Parents typically get home anywhere from 5:30 to 8 p.m. We both work in hospitals and take some overnight calls, so at times we work nights as well. Our nanny would also need to work parts of one to two weekends a month. The kids' grandparents live nearby and watch them quite a bit also. We'd prefer a live-in nanny but could consider live out, too. A live-in person would have own room and bathroom. We can furnish a car, if necessary. Ideal for someone who goes to school part time or has other things they like to do during the day. We do need someone who is flexible; some weeks are heavy, others are light.
