Looking For Child Care For A 10-Month-Old

I am looking for child care for my daughter starting 1/1/10. My daughter is now 7 months old. I will consider both a Nanny that will care for my daughter in our home and a stay at home mom (SAHM) who is willing to care for just my daughter, besides her own children (at her house), on a regular basis. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (approximately 40 hours a week, with occasional overtime). I also have another daughter who is 5 years old and she is in school full-time and she needs occasional care during school holidays.

Requirements for SAHM/Nanny:
- availability at least 40 hours per week (8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. ), at least four days per week,
- prior experience with infants,
- non-smoker,
- responsible, reliable, patient, good references,
- own transportation.
Additional requirements for SAHM:
- childproof house,
- doesn't drive kids to school on a regular basis,
- location within five miles from Forest Park (Washington University).
