Looking For Care For My Two Little Boys

I am looking for someone wonderful to care for my children while I am at work. I work full-time as a dispatcher for the police and fire departments. Sometimes I have to work odd hours and I need someone flexible. I have two little boys. I mainly work from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday through Tuesday... In September my schedule does change to weekends off.. working 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. I have a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old. My 4-year-old is potty trained so it would only be one with diapers.
