Looking For A Trustworthy Baby Sitter

I am seeking a baby sitter that is flexible and willing to work on call whether it's day or night or even an overnight shift. Need somebody with experience, of the age of 30 and above with more than three years experience. Most importantly somebody trustworthy. I will be doing background checks as well as references.
