Looking For A Nanny Or Aupair

Hi, I will be going back to work full time in a couple of months and am looking for a nanny or Aupair to take care of our 5-month-old baby girl. We are more in favor of a full time (non live-in) nanny but will consider a live in nanny or Aupair for the right candidate. We are looking for somebody who can also do some light housekeeping as well. Being able to prepare meals is a plus but not necessary. I don't know exactly when I'll be returning to work so start date will need to be flexible.
