We are looking for someone that is flexible and can fill in wherever needed. Her primary responsibilities would be helping to care for our identical twin daughters that are almost 4. We also have two boys 10 and 12, but there is no care needed for them. I am a very active involved stay at home mom, so I don't need someone to be available for long hours to take care of children. Most often I am home with the kids or have them out with me. I usually just need an extra set of hands to help out with different tasks throughout the day. I need an energetic, creative, motivated, self-starter that loves children. We have a housekeeper, so help with the house would just include tidying things up occasionally and helping clean up after the girls. We need a multi-tasker that is able to move from one type of task to another that is mature, flexible, organized and efficient. We are very active and whenever weather permits, we are outside at our neighborhood pool, a lake or the beach. We travel several times a year, so we need someone that is able to travel with us. The individual we are looking for is a non-smoking Christian, comfortable and experienced with children, loving, nurturing, patient, fun, dependable, honest, committed, responsible, and healthy, active, energetic, in good physical condition so that they are able to keep up with our active lifestyle and a strong swimmer comfortable in the water. They must be able to be outside in the sun for periods of time, during days at the beach or pool or long hikes or walks around parks/lakes. We need someone with no health problems. The twins are 34 lbs. each, so they must be capable of lifting and carrying them up and down our stairs or wherever we may be if they need to be carried (they walk and run everywhere, so they don't need to be carried for long periods, but if they are sleepy or aren't feeling well). They need to have a reliable car in good repair with a clean driving record. They need to also like animals and be comfortable with large friendly dogs and cats and without pet allergies. No children currently living at home. We are offering a room furnished or not. Room has cable and high speed Wi-Fi. We provide all meals/groceries monthly, we also provide a new mobile phone with GPS, that we cover the monthly bill for and a salary of $400 per month, possibly more depending on availability, experience.
