Infant Care Needed

I am looking for a full-time baby sitter for my newborn, starting in January, 2010. I work M-F from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Ideally, I'd like to find a caregiver who tends to a small group of infants and toddlers in her home. I need someone who is dependable and can accommodate my work hours. I live in Ahwatukee. I'm looking for someone in the Ahwatukee/ West Chandler area. Salary is negotiable.
