Flexible Part-Time Nanny/Housekeeper

I am looking for the following:

I want someone who is willing to commit to being a nanny/sitter. Long-term position. Working with children must be your passion, not a hobby.

Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
Must have a car.
Non smoking.
Willing to use car to transport children.
Want someone to grow with our family and not just treat this as a job.

Help with: what is needed to make a smooth running life: house management, light cleaning, cooking for kids always, washing and folding laundry (we will still have housekeepers to do bed linens, bathrooms, and main cleaning).

I just want someone who, if they see it needs to be done, will do it. Will help keep house and make things organized.

Maybe two Fridays per month.
Housekeeping is included for more hours.
Spanish speaking preferred

Willing to take them to practice and evening engagements
Very flexible.
Some travel may be required.
Overnight one Thursday per month.

Must not have any young children (older children like college and older okay).
Pay: will start at $10-$12 per hour, and will raise after 60 days.
