Experienced Baby Sitter/Nanny - But Affordable - Philadelphia

I am looking for a baby sitter or nanny for my daughter. Right now she is 8 months old, by that time she will be 1. I may alternate between a day care and a sitter/nanny on hand. I will be relocating to Philadelphia by the end of the year or January and I need to find a sitter/nanny for my daughter that will keep her mind stimulated so that she is always learning and not watching TV all day. If you reside in Center City, Northeast Phila, Manayunk or close to these areas, depending on where, they will be OK for me. Please advise if you have a safe childproof home where you baby-sit or if you are willing to commute to my home. Please let me know your years of experience and if you have references.
