Child Care Needed

I am in search of a Nanny or an in-home provider to watch my child starting in February 2010. This position would be for Monday through Thursday from 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. I am looking for someone that has experience working with newborns, as my child will only be 3 months old. I am searching for someone that is honest, trustworthy, dependable, motivated and energetic. I would prefer someone that is CPR and First Aid certified, as well as a non smoker.
