Child Care For My 6-Year-Old Son Who is Autistic

I am looking for someone who is reliable and good with autistic children. I have an autistic son who is verbal who is in need of a good sitter while I work 9 to 5. He is currently in a regular day care but because he has more than enough energy, they don't like to take him on the field trips. I hate that. I am in need of summer care from 9 to 5:45 and when school starts I need someone from 4 to 5:45. I also have a little girl who is 8 with no disabilities.
