Caregiver Need For 3-4 Month Infant In 2010

I am located near Northern Liberties. However, I don't have a car, so home care location walking distance will be the best.
Duties will include caring for my child and anything related to the child. No other housekeeping is necessary.
I do have a small dog (12 lb), but it won't be your responsibility.
