Before And After Day Care Provider

Let me just say up front that I know these hours are not the greatest! My work schedule is going to change in October and I will be needing someone to come to my home three days a week and watch my 16-month-old son before and after his day care opens and closes. This means I need someone from approximately 5:30 (ugh!) until approximately 7:30 and from 5:30 p.m. until I get home. I will be working 12-hour + shifts at a local hospital, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (ish). I would also be open to taking my son to another local mom's home during those hours if that's easier.
