Baby Sitter Needed For Mom Returning To Work

I'm looking for a baby sitter for my son who is 8 months, so that I can return to work. He is a very fun and loving baby, and very active too. I have been out of work since I was pregnant and I'm ready to return to the work force again. I don't have a job yet, but I'm looking for possible caregivers now because my son is used to being with just me everyday and it is hard for him to stay with people he does not know, so I would like him to get used to you while I find a job. Once he knows and likes you, you should have no problem with him. I'm looking for someone who is patient with children and has experience with babies. I would prefer someone who is fluent in English and french, because his father is from a french speaking country and wants him to learn the language, but not necessary. I'm also looking for someone who is also willing to be paid on a weekly basis instead of hourly, and can also work on occasional weekends for a little extra.
