* Nanny needed for specials needs child in March.

I am looking for an experienced baby sitter and nanny. I am truly saddened that my current child caretaker is leaving me in March to go to California. So, I am going to need a replacement. I am looking for someone to come to our home during the day in the Thornton area. I only need the sitter and nanny four days a week, from Tuesday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m./5:30 p.m. I'm looking for this person to be dependable, trustworthy, and stable, as I will need this person for at least two plus years. My child is a very loving and sweet, 2 1/2-year-old little girl who loves to have books read to her, play, and loves the attention she gets at home. She has been diagnosed with chromosome 15q Duplication syndrome (dup15q). It is not a major disability, but she does have some developmental delays and seizures occasionally, which are controlled pretty good with her medications. This all comes from the chromosome defect she has. Her needs are not too severe. I can explain more in detail on her symptoms and condition if we talk in person or on the phone. She is able to eat baby foods two and three, drinks from bottle still, and she is learning to walk. She is also getting therapies twice a week during the day in our home. Each day she surprises us with her new progress. This person must also be PATIENT, KIND, CARING, and UNDERSTANDING. I love my daughter with all my heart, and I want to be able to know she is in good hands during the day. I would prefer someone with at least two plus years of experience and references. Having experience with a special needs child is definitely a plus. My daughter does need one-on-one caring, so I am looking for someone who is willing to do this and spend quality time with her. If you think this could be a fit, please respond to the email.
Id prefer the caregiver to be at least 24 years old with some experience in child care. Please send your name and number. I will also need references and resume.
Any child development, child education, and CPR is a plus. Background check possibly. Thank you.
