Assistance With My 12-Year-Old Son

I have a 12-year-old son who has autism. He was diagnosed when he was 5. I will be attending nursing school starting between Sept. 28 and October 26, 2009. I am looking for someone to come to my home to get my son off to school at 8:25 a.m. Monday - Friday and to be at my home to get him off the bus at 4:06 p.m. MON- FRI. My school hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:10 p.m. MON- FRI. My son can feed himself, go to the bathroom, etc... I just basically need someone to be there to get him on and off the bus and maybe prepare a snack until I get home. I should get home by 5:40 p.m. each day. Even though he has autism, the only real problem my son has is that he is non-verbal. That's why it is crucial that I hire someone that I can trust with my son; someone who has EXPERIENCE with a child with autism, because sometimes he can be moody, etc.. I need someone who knows how to control themselves and their temper and handle my child accordingly.
