Hello. My name is Shrell . I am a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and I currently reside on the northeast side (Lawrence Township area). I am a graduate of Southport High School here in Indianapolis and Indiana State University in Terre Haute. I am currently attending graduate school at University of Phoenix (online) where I am working on a master's degree in early childhood education.

I have been working with young children for the past six years and have done numerous baby-sitting and child care jobs since my late teens. I have also served as a part-time nanny during my first year of teaching. I took care of three children ages three to eight during that year. Most recent I have cared for two children ages six and 12. I have also cared for infant and two-year-old twin siblings. In addition to my nanny/baby-sitting experience, I have served as a children's ministry volunteer, an elementary school teaching assistant and most recently a lead kindergarten teacher at a local day care. I have also developed excellent leadership and communication skills. I strongly feel that the skills and experience that I have developed will bring valuable contribution to your family.
