I worked for a lady recntly that used me for a month with no pay and she lied and after 7 week i got a check for 18.5 hours and i logged over 120 before it was over . my heart kept believing that a quad that depends so much on other people would not screw them over like she did me and also the treatment i got from her was abusive..

Hi Dawn,
Care Gigs is for the miscellaneous jobs posted on the site. For example if you need someone with help you with mainly shopping, organizing and errands but you have some light house keeping as well, you could post the job in Care Gigs. A lot of Care Gig Providers list in their profile what sort of services they are available for, so this is a category where reaching out to individuals on the site is most helpful.

Yes, i agree. my needs are somewhat scattered. so i'm doing my best to organize,
priorities whats most important & put together in away that's understadable and clear. by the way , can someone tell me what's.. Care Gig Poviders / Ind. Care Gig Providers ? i have feeling that's the catqagory i'd use, because have different stuff need help with, not just housekeeping. though not exactly sure what that means. *t,y.

this website is so DISORGANIZED! Nanny=Full Time Caregiver, who helps a family raise their child(ren). Babysitter=Caregiver who comes in for a few hours, but is not helping raise children, just watching them for a little while. The stupid postings: "Part-Time Nanny" or "Nanny for Wednesday & Thurs" well...they are just that....stupid! Also, proof that this website has little interest in clarifying specific needs of families or caregivers. Come on, guys, lets pull your act together!#? How many YEARS have you been in business, now?????????????
