The reason I find myself enjoying baby-sitting so much is because young kids remind me of my childhood and innocence. Kids are so easy to make laugh and their carefree view of life makes watching them fun. Some of my previous experience working with young kids is being a camp counselor for youth lacrosse camps. Coaching lacrosse has been a great experience for me because I value the importance of teamwork and what sports can do for kids. Being able to coach kids has been rewarding because these young kids sincerely look up to me and it reminds me of what kind of role model I can be.
