I have been working in child care for over 14 years. I have provided care for children, ages newborn to 12 years. I have an associate degree in Pre-Elementary Education and Child Development. I am also a full-time student working on my BA at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I take a tremendous pride in my work and I am capable of providing safe and efficient care for children. At the same time, I give parents the peace of mind knowing that their child and/or children are in good care. But most importantly, parents can feel comfortable knowing I am also providing care that will help facilitate their child/children's social, emotional and intellectual development. In my care, children are not just sitting around waiting on mommy and daddy to get home. Parents can be pleased to know I have enthusiastic aspirations for working with children and that I have a loving and compassionate approach for attending to children's needs and concerns. In addition, I possess excellent communications skills that contribute to successful learning through everyday experiences. I am CPR trained and certified. I am able to provide clearance from DHS.
