I have baby-sat for local people in my town for years, and continue to do so (one family I have been baby-sitting since the birth of their first daughter 9 years ago!). Two years ago, over the summer for a three month span, I worked as a nanny for a family in my town. I watched their infant daughter five days a week from 6 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and I loved it. It was a positive experience and though I had to cease due to school, I still continued, and currently, baby-sit for their family.
