I have had the pleasure of being a wife, and mother of two children, ages 5 and 9 years old. I have 15 years of baby-sitting experience. Both my children were premature by six weeks; so I have experience with the proper handling and care of premature babies, and newborns.

I have currently been a volunteer child care provider for the first and second grades, at my church for two years.

I have taken child psychology courses, and listening and communication courses, to better understand, and care for children.

The child care responsibilities which I have experience in include, cooking, shopping, running errands, preparing bottles, changing diapers, ironing, light cleaning, supervising baths, maintaining a safe environment for children, educating and amusing the children by preparing fun and positive activities, such as singing, reading, arts and crafts, taking them on outings, playing games, and nurturing self-esteem.

I have always had a strong passion for taking care of and teaching children, for many years. I have such a huge desire to care for children, that I am making a career change to full-time child care.
