I love working with kids of all different ages. I have a passion for helping on children's development and learning trough all the stages of their lives. I have experience from newborns to pre-teens. I am energetic, responsible and fun to be around. I am extremely organized and detail oriented. I am someone who will follow directions and play with your baby/child. I am someone who would respect the home, and the family, and respect the way the parents wish me to handle issues such as bedtime routines, discipline, etc. In a case of an infant, I usually follow baby`s schedule, requested by the parents, such as how often to change a diaper, how many ounces a baby should take at each feeding, about how frequently the baby will need to eat, etc. Overall, my days are usually spent exploring the world through the eyes of children, where everything is a great new adventure.
