Since the age of 12, I have cared for my younger sister as well as all of the children in my neighborhood. I have been baby-sitting for two of these neighborhood friends, in particular, for almost seven years. Since age 14, I have watched for numerous numbers of families, however, I have consistently been caring for a family for about three or four years and I still baby-sit for them on the occasional weekends, I have moved from Walpole, MA to Boston. I am working at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center and taking classes majoring in nursing. I hope to someday become a pediatrician and pursue my passion. I love kids and I gain a lot of self satisfaction when I care for them. I like to have fun and make kids laugh and it is an awesome feeling to know that I can change a child's mood from sad to happy by simply being myself. I am also a very responsible worker and I take caring for children very seriously, although it can be fun and rewarding, parents should know that their kids are safe with their care provider. I feel that my skills with kids have aided me into becoming the trustworthy and caring person that I am today. I love children and making a difference in their lives.
