My name is Amanda and I currently work at The Goddard School. I am a teacher's assistant in the 2- to 2 1/2-year-old room. I have been in that room for about a year and a half. Before that I was what was called a floater, who goes into all different rooms different days depending where I was needed. I also watch two boys in the morning, one in middle school, and one in high school. I basically wake them up and make sure they get on their buses. I have been baby-sitting for all different ages since I was 14 years old. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I was a child care completer in high school. I was also a special ed aide where I helped out the kids in the special ed department. I mainly focused on two or three students at a time, taking them to their class and sitting with them, just helping them out. I love all children and I'm always very passionate about what I do.
