Hi my name is Theather I enjoy taking care of children. I have experienced working with children in all walks of life. I started working with children that were from homeless families in a shelter in NY. while there parents were in groups I worked with there children in daycare. After that I moved to Baltimore while my oldest daughter attended college. I then gained employment through the Fellowship of Lights Inc. I was a case manager with them for almost nine years. My employment ended because the Agency closed down after 38 years. I enjoyed working with young girls that needed TLC while away from they're parents. Most children were reconnected with there parents after they received the care that they needed for themselves. I enjoyed nurturing the children giving them a sense of stability and quality care. I took them on medical appointment's and taught them life skills. Even though some of them were older than 12 years of age. To me children need a sense of stability from birth. I am a person that is responsible, dependable, honest and devoted to nurturing children. I am also a mother of four and a grandmother of six.
