In the past seven months I have been looking after and taking care of my 4-year-old cousin. I was responsible for baby-sitting her during the day while her mom worked on weekend days and nights. I also took her to preschool and picked her up. Since I also shared a home with her mom, I looked after her at all hours and times of the day, I would take her with me to run errands, go shopping, etc. We spent the majority of the day together and we became very close so I feel that I work very well with small children and I enjoy the cheerfulness and company they bring. I have also baby-sat for other people on an as needed basis, i. e weekends, at night, if the nanny called in sick, during the summer months.
