CareTrak strives to offer you affordable care solutions, such as our "share a caregiver," "couples care" and "same day medical procedure" options. In addition, we offer a portable personal emergency response system that may be purchased separately or used to supplement our home care services.
CareTrak provides services in residential care facilities, too. Our 24-hour live-in care services are available throughout MA.

Our caregivers undergo an extensive hiring process that includes several background checks, including criminal background. All caregivers are employed directly by us and are bonded and insured, including Worker's Compensation.
We conduct a complimentary, no obligation home visit to gather specific information about you or your loved one's care needs and preferences. Prior to beginning services, we create a customized service plan and match you or your loved one with a caregiver, according to interests, type of support needed and other factors.
Of course, life is always changing. After services begin, we communicate with you and our caregivers regularly to ensure that your needs continue to be met. We are accessible 24/7 for urgent problem resolution.

When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:

- Cross checks the Better Business Bureau for accreditation and reputation ratings
- Conducts an online media search for negative, newsworthy incidents
- Performs an overall reputation check by reading a sample of online reviews
