I have in the past provided care for an elderly bedridden stroke victim. I was responsible for his overall health care. My duties included having regular communication with his doctors, ordering, picking up and administering his medications, performing bed baths, as well as incontinence care. I did general cleaning, laundry, and shopping for supplies. I performed daily feedings via a G-Tube, and use of a nebulizer when needed. During my time with this patient, I kept a daily record of what I did with him as well as his general behavior and moods, and I also drove him to his doctors appointment and helped him perform his daily exercises.
