As a middle school teacher, I have the knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm to create a fun and safe environment for children in my care. Through my full-time teaching job, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children with very different needs and interests. As such, I have proven myself quite adaptable and can get along with many different people. Furthermore, my job has helped me obtain CPR certification, and leaves me with ample time off in which to babysit or tutor.

When I am not working, I enjoy staying active. I consider myself to be in great shape, and regularly workout and play organized sports. As a result, I have plenty of energy to keep up with energetic kids, and can share their interests in outdoor activities or sports events. I also enjoy writing and have published several freelance articles. Additionally, as a former Girl Scout and troop leader, I have learned to play many age-appropriate games and lead craft projects.
