I am a stay at home mom of 1 grown child (age 23) and 2 still at home (ages 16 & 5). Not only have I spent many years caring for children of all ages (other than my own), but I am also a former teacher, and have taken many college units in childhood education. I am also currently part of a babysitting co-op with 2 other families, which involves me caring for 6 children under the age of 8, as well as a co-teacher of an at-home preschool of 3 children. I also have many years of professional business experience so am organized with details, punctual, and able to deal with time-lines efficiently. I spent a year caring for my elderly father so I have firsthand experience with senior care as well. If the needed care is during 9 a.m. -5 p.m. weekdays, I would need to be able to bring my very bright, well-mannered, and social 5-year-old with me, or could do the care at my house.
