First and foremost I have an 'old fashioned' work ethic. You can depend on me to 'be there' and 'follow through' - when I say I will.

As a Personal Assistant I can help with errands, household, office, graphic design, writing, promotions, organizing time & more. As a personal coach and mentor I can share tips and tools that may help you create the life you want and deserve.

I have years of experience in cooking, food service, and hostessing and a WA State Food Handler's Permit.

I can help with your children and aging loved ones. I love kids & have experience as a babysitter, nanny, classroom teacher's aid & nursery assistant. I enjoy crafts, field trips, nature & music.

I have provided elder care, errands, shopping, cooking, and daily living assistance as an in-home caregiver and hold certification in Fundamentals of Care-giving (WA State), Dementia Specialty and Adult & Child First Aid/CPR/AED.

As an animal lover with experience in a small kennel I can assist with feeding, bathing, grooming, walking and basic training your pets.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher & Reconnections Practitioner. You can choose in-home/at your convenience Reiki/Relaxation. Before, after or during our time together, a quick 20 - 30 minute session can work wonders whether you're feeling a bit physically drained or experiencing stress. Reiki has been shown in many cases to assist during illness. Reiki is now offered in many health care venues (hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, hospice) - as a relaxation tool that can also support healing.

I started & ran my own business- as sole proprietor for 11 years. Six of those years included running a household & fulfilling the tasks of stay/home mom to a teenager.

I have a WA Driver's License, Insurance & Business License and full background check.
I should mention I've got a bit of a sense of humor too!
