Having successfully completed the stay-at-home, mother of five phase of my life, I am seeking projects that will challenge both my professional skills and personal abilities.

20 years in commercial real estate as a property manager and operations consultant has provided extensive experience in the following areas; customer service, building operations/maintenance, financial reporting, event planning, construction/tenant finish, disaster planning, contract/lease administration, time and resource management, a proficiency in all administrative skills

30 years experience in family management has enhanced the skills listed above and added the following; crisis management, budget development and implementation, IT and tech support for all electronic devices and computer hardware and software, advanced first aid training, basic veterinary medicine, patience to outmaneuver a difficult toddler, the ability to think faster than the average teen combined with an innate talent for spotting trouble before it gets the upper hand.

General life experience has graced me with care taking skills for the elderly and terminally ill, along with a talent for finding activities and projects that keep them interested and involved in their surroundings.

In addition, I have learned to be flexible, to be polite under any circumstances and to see the humor in almost all situations. I firmly adhere to the wisdom of the adage, "Love is a verb, not an adjective."
