I currently am a student at Lansing Community College studying pre-nursing, and I will be going to MSU in the fall. My permanent home is in Oakland County, and I will be living there for the summer. I have always loved children since a young age, and I have been a caregiver since I was 12, babysitting for many different families and age groups ranging from newborn-preteens. I am very comfortable with infants and have experience with them from helping in a daycare and babysitting. I currently care give (when I'm home) for a family who has 4 children (ages 2-8), a family of 2 children (girls 7 and 9), and a 14-year-old young lady with severe Autism. I am very comfortable with pets, and happen to love animals! I dog watch for 4 different families on occasion.

I was a camp counselor for 2 summers at a special needs therapeutic horse back riding camp for of special needs (O. A. T. S.), and a bible school counselor for 3 summers for 1st grade children.

I am very experienced with special needs children. I have given care for a teen girl with Autism for about four years. Also, my younger sister has Down Syndrome and I have helped with her on a daily basis since she was born.
