I worked as a personal assistant of a family in Houston. My duties were to run errands, help to manage the household, entertain clients, transportation of one family member who did not drive, sort mail, file documents, pay the housekeepers, some cooking and most shopping.

I also worked as a home-office coordinator of a Real Estate Investor. My duties involved everything from marketing/sales, to accounting, to buying houses at the auctions, research, etc.

I have a background as a Marketing Coordinator and Business Development Executive Assistant when worked in the oil field.

Here in Austin, I worked assisting a Cancer patient everyday with her special nutritional needs, specially cooking organic healthy meals, shopping, making green juices, helping with care giving and managing the medication, etc. She was extremely happy with me, and frequently said that she was so lucky to have found someone that works so well and with whom she felt so comfortable and cared for.

The experience has been so positive, that her husband kept me as a personal assistant after she passed away last month. I work for him only a few hours per week, and I would like to find another client for the afternoon hours. My duties are specifically: to keep the laundry going, grocery shopping, manage the maids and service personnel, take care of the dog and even keep him at my home when the family travels, fax, manage mail, transportation, prescription pick up.

I am comfortable with kids, animals and plants. I believe that I can assist in anything that is needed in the household or small business.

My daughter and I also lived with another family for one year taking care of an elderly woman (a live-in position) who passed away last year. I have great references from the families mentioned above. I would like to find a special family that could use my help and expertise, and who would in return help me get through Nursing school.
